Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms offered beautiful views of the mountains, and enjoying the live music from the Bar & Russian band was a nice touch. Shisha prepared by Hani added to the charm. The hotel's central location near a large shopping mall made exploring the city convenient. However, issues like a less clean environment and faulty toilet flusher were drawbacks. It was disappointing that there was no swimming pool for children, and the rooms were not always adequately prepared without requesting essential items like water, tea, coffee, and slippers.

The rooms overlooked the mountains and were clean. Enjoying the Bar & Russian band music was a special treat, and Hani's shisha preparation added a nice touch.

The hotel staff, especially Valerie, was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Mr Mohammed Altaf and his supervisor Mahesh for their assistance.

Being connected to a mall made shopping easy, and the helpful staff offered a spacious room and late check-out option. However, the hotel's distance from certain attractions was a minor inconvenience.

The dining experience was pleasant, with prompt service like delivering a whole pack of water instead of just two bottles upon request. The hotel's proximity to a bus stop was convenient.
